The last layer is the Operational Security Architecture Layer also known as the Facilities Manager View. The Facilities Manager is concerned with; assurance of operational continuity (what), Operational risk management (why), process delivery management (how), personnel management (who), management of the environment (where) and management schedule (when). This layer is unique from the others, in that it does not lay horizontally, stacked in the same orientation as the previous layers. Rather, it rests vertically and spans across all previous five layers. The rationale for this is simple, this is the operations of the holistic security system. Therefore, this view needs to be interpreted at each one of the five layers.
